Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa elementów umundurowania leśnika zgodnie z podziałem na części. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ wraz z załącznikami (DDT, akty prawne). Ilości asortymentu określono w Załączniku nr 2 (formularz asortymentowo-cenowy). Podane ilości przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią maksymalne ilości przedmiotu zamówienia, jakie może zamówić Zamawiający i służą do porównania i oceny ofert. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w Załączniku nr 10 do SWZ - projekt umowy. Minimalny okres gwarancji na cały asortyment wynosi 12 miesięcy. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być zgodny z obowiązującymi aktami prawnymi stanowiącymi Zał. Nr 3 do SWZ.
