1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa do Miejskiego Centrum Opieki dla Osób Starszych, Przewlekle Niepełnosprawnych oraz Niesamodzielnych w Krakowie środków czyszczących i polerujących. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera formularz asortymentowo-cenowy stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i należy go odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych przez Zamawiającego odpowiedzi na pytania Wykonawców. 3.
