Description

Срок за изпълнение на поръчката: 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора.  Всички видове лекарствени продукти са описани подробно в техническата спецификация – Приложение № 1 към настоящата документация. Техническата спецификация е съобразена с поддържания на интернет страницата на МЗ Регистър - Позитивен лекарствен списък, Приложение № 2 към дата 02.10.2024 г., Регистър пределни цени на лекарствените продукти, отпускани по лекарско предписание и Регистър на максималните продажни цени на лекарствени продукти, отпускани без лекарско предписание, актуални към същата дата и други лекарства. Участникът може да подава оферта за една, повече от една или всички обособени позиции. Не се допускат представяне на варианти в офертата. Обществената поръчка се възлага въз основа на икономически най-изгодна оферта при критерири за възлагане „най-ниска цена” на обособена позиция, в лева, без вкл. ДДС. Процедурата по отваряне, разглеждане, оценка и класиране на офертите се извършва по реда на чл. 104 от ЗОП и на глава V, раздел VIII от ППЗОП. На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП комисията ще разгледа постъпилите оферти по „обърнат ред“, регламентиран в чл. 61 от ППЗО…
