Oferty nie posiadające pełnego zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia (w zakresie części, której dotyczą) zostaną odrzucone. 3. Pozostałe warunki zamówienia określa projekt umowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
