Upphandlingen avser dosdispensering och dosexpediering av förskrivna läkemedel till patienter inom öppen vård, skrivna i Region Skåne. Som en del av upphandlingen ingår även leverans till utlämningsställen, utlämning och Kundtjänst. Avtalet gäller även annan juridisk person som genom Avtal getts möjlighet av Region Skåne att nyttja detta Avtal.
