Description
In order to comply with the conditions set out by An Bord Pleanala for the Section 177AE permission for the works, Donegal County Council now seek to engage the services of a suitably qualified Ecologist to supervise works, carry out pre and post construction surveys, and to ensure all migration measures, including those set out in Section 8 of the Natura Impact Assessments, area implemented in full. This is in the interest of protecting the environment and European Sites, namely, the Slieve Tooey/Tormore Island/Loughros Beg Bay SAC, West Donegal Coast SPA and the Maas Road/West of Ardara SAC and in the interest of public health
