Description

Predmetom zákazky je poskytnutie služby, vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre stavebné konanie, s tým súvisiacej inžinierskej činnosti, vypracovanie realizačného projektu stavby, koordinačnej činnosti a autorský dozor pre stavbu, v súlade s platnou legislatívou SR. DSK bude vypracovaná v zmysle už vypracovanej dokumentácie na územné rozhodnutie (DÚR) pre stavbu s názvom „Nadstavba a stavebné úpravy Obj.47/1 DFN, Tr. SNP č.1, Košice“ a všetkých pripomienok dotknutých subjektov k predmetnej DÚR. Zhotoviteľ zabezpečí všetky vyjadrenia a stanoviská dotknutých subjektov a orgánov potrebných k vydaniu stavebného povolenia, ktoré bude zapracovávať do dokumentácie na realizáciu stavby (DRS) priebežne ešte pred vydaním stavebného povolenia. Cena za inžiniersku činnosť je vrátane poplatkov. Samotné podanie žiadosti o vydanie stavebného povolenia zabezpečí zhotoviteľ. Výsledkom stavebného konania musí byť vydanie kladného stanoviska dotknutých orgánov a inštitúcií a vydané stavebné povolenie na stavbu s názvom: „Nadstavba a stavebné úpravy Obj. 47/1 DFN, Tr. SNP č.1, Košice“. Projekt musí rešpektovať a zohľadňovať skutočnosť, že realizácia prác na stavbe bude prebiehať za plnej prevádzk…
