Predmetom zákazky je dodávka plynu do odberných miest verejného obstarávateľa bez prepravy, distribúcie a služieb spojených s dodávkou plynu, prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku, v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, za dodržania platných právnych predpisov Slovenskej republiky, technických podmienok a prevádzkového poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete (združená dodávka plynu).
