Verejný obstarávateľ zriaďuje tento centrálny dynamický nákupný systém (ďalej len "DNS"), prostredníctvom ktorého sa budú priebežne, podľa potreby verejného obstarávateľa a jeho rozpočtových organizácií, zadávať jednotlivé zákazky na dodanie elektriny a zemného plynu počas najbližších 5 rokov (t.j. s obdobím dodania elektriny / plynu najneskôr do 31.12.2026). Plnenia na základe zmlúv uzatvorených ako výsledok tohto DNS budú realizované v meste Trenčín. DNS je rozdelené na dve kategórie: 1. Dodávky elektriny 2.
