Predmetom zákazky je záväzok Dodávateľa zabezpečiť Odberateľovi dodávku a distribúciu elektrickej energie, vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku v štandardnom zabezpečení ako aj služby spojené s užívaním sústavy pre všetky odberné miesta uvedené v SP, v kvalite zodpovedajúcej predpisom SR, technickým podmienkam a prevádzkového poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete pre zmluvné obdobie.
