Description
Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie nákupu, dodávky a distribúcie elektrickej energie podľa konkrétnych potrieb verejného obstarávateľa ako aj komplexné služby spojené s bezpečnou, stabilnou a komplexnou dodávkou elektriny pre jednotlivé odberné miesta (ďalej len OM) v predpokladanom množstve uvedenom v Prílohe č. 2 zmluvy a so začatím dodávky elektriny od 01.01.2024 do 31.12.2024. Predpokladaný odber verejný obstarávateľ stanovil na základe predchádzajúcej spotreby elektrickej energie na jednotlivých odberných miestach. Predpokladaný odber elektrickej energie vyžaduje verejný obstarávateľ prekročiť alebo nedočerpať bez uplatnenia cenovej prirážky. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky tvorí časť B.1 súťažných podkladov a zmluva na dodávku elektriny
