Predmetom zákazky je záväzok Dodávateľa zabezpečiť Odberateľovi dodávku a distribúciu elektrickej energie, vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku v štandardnom zabezpečení ako aj ostatné služby spojené s užívaním sústavy pre všetky odberné miesta uvedené v týchto SP. Predmetom plnenia bude pravidelne a opakovane dodávať odberateľovi dohodnuté množstvo el. energie do odberných miest po dobu 12 mesiacov, vrátane dopravy a distribúcie a vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku.
