Dodávanie tepla vrátane súvisiacich služieb pre potreby Fakultnej nemocnice s poliklinikou F.D. Roosevelta Banská Bystrica. Predmet zákazky sa bude týkať nemocničného areálu, ktorý sa nachádza na adrese Nám. L. Svobodu č.1 Súčasťou predmetu plnenia zákazky zo strany úspešného uchádzača je vybudovanie nového tepelného napájača z centrálneho zdroja tepla napojenie objektu novej nemocnice a vybudovanie novej technológie v podobe výmenníkovej stanice tepla pre zásobovanie teplom existujúci objekt v existujúcom areáli nemocnice. Úspešný uchádzač tieto vybuduje na svoje vlastné náklady. Poskytnutie priestoru na technológiu pre existujúci objekt a jeho zásobovanie teplom je potrebné riešiť samostatným zmluvným vzťahom s verejným obstarávateľom.
