Description
Predmetom zákazky je pravidelné dodávanie pekárskych, lahôdkarských a cukrárskych výrobkov od 1.1.2024 do 31.12.2025 podľa špecifikácie verejného obstarávateľa, na základe objednávok vystavených v súlade s Rámcovou dohodou Súčasťou predmetu zákazky sú aj súvisiace služby spojené s manipuláciou, naložením, dovozom a vyložením tovaru. Verejný obstarávateľ nie je viazaný predpokladaným množstvom tovaru. Predmetom fakturácie bude len skutočne objednaný a dodaný druh a množstvo výrobkov. Špecifikácia tovaru spočíva najmä v : dodávaní kvalitných a vždy čerstvých výrobkoch, dodávaných denne vrátane sobôt a nedelí. Bližší opis predmetu zákazky v členení na dve časti je uvedený v prílohách č. 1.1 a 1.2 súťažných podkladov.
