Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie náhradnej autobusovej dopravy pre región Košice, okruh Margecany autobusmi s úložným priestorom na prepravu batožín, s kapacitou minimálne 40 miest na sedenie na úsekoch trate požadovaných objednávkou obstarávateľa. Autobusová doprava v takomto prípade slúži ako náhrada za vlakové spojenia prevádzkované obstarávateľom počas nezjazdnosti železničnej dopravnej cesty, alebo z technologických dôvodov na strane obstarávateľa.
