Description
Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est : Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Bordeaux M LE DIRECTEUR (Établissement Support du GHT Alliance Gironde). Il a en charge la passation, la signature et la notification de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre (Établissements Support et Partie) doit suivre l'exécution de l'accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec un maximum en quantité pour l'ensemble des lots. Il est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les maximum sont exprimés en quantité au sein des documents de la consultation
