Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna avtal med en leverantör som på distans ska granska röntgenbilder från Regionen, så att Regionen erhåller ett komplement till befintliga verksamheter och vid arbetsanhopning få en säker och snabb diagnostik oavsett tid på dygnet och arbetsmängd.
