Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Relance de la consultation pour les lots non attribués de la consultation 24034 Dispositifs médicaux à usage unique, hémodialyse, chirurgie cardiaque, neurochirurgie, chirurgie thoracique et vasculaire, radiologie, DMx de laboratoire, bandelettes réactives, désinfectants et hygiène Le titulaire du marché est informé, que le Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), établissement support, du GHT Haute-Savoie, Pays de Gex passe le marché dans le cadre de sa compétence légale (art L 6132-2-5°a) du Code de la Santé Publique au bénéfice de l'ensemble des membres du GHT soit le CHANGE, le CH de GEX et le Centre Hospitalier de Rumilly. Le présent marché couvre les besoins du CHANGE et du CH de Rumilly. Le CH Pays de GEX pourra bénéficier de ce marché en cours d'exécution selon la survenance du besoin.
