Upphandlingen avser inköp av en diskretanalysator för analys av ammoniumkväve och fosfatfosfor i recipientvatten (80 % av proven) och i dräneringsvatten från åkermark (20 % av proven) med mycket låga till höga halter som ett ersättningsinstrument till nuvarande systemet. Option om ytterligare en diskretanalysator ingår.
