DIS:et omfattar mindre volymer av : Färskt nöt och lamm, Färska grönsaker och rotsaker obehandlade, Sylt/marmelad, Potatis skalad och oskalad, Ägg, Fågel oberett. Mjukt bröd och konditorivaror, frukt och bär och lokala delikatesser typ ost, glass, korv m.m. Kommunen kommer vid behov att göra upphandlingar av grupperna. Antagna leverantörer ska kunna ta emot studiebesök och presentera sin produktion för utsedda personer från kommunen.
