Om det Dynamiska inköpssystemet (DIS) Härnösands kommun upprättar ett dynamiskt inköpssystem för att täcka sitt behov gällande sjuksköterskesketjänster. Beställaren förväntar sig genom detta upphandlingsförfarande få tillgång till ett brett utbud av leverantörer som kan tillhandahålla kompetent Hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal med relevant kunskap för varje enskilt uppdrag. Beställande enheter inom Härnösands kommun Det är i huvudsak Socialförvaltningen som har behov av dessa typer av tjänster. Men alla enheter inom Härnösands kommun kan annonsera i detta DIS. Uppdrag kan sträcka sig från kortare uppdrag på någon månad till uppdrag som löper över flera år. DIS och annonsering av behov När DIS är aktivt kommer Beställaren att annonsera s.k. Specifika upphandlingar till vilka alla leverantörer som är anslutna till DIS kan lämna anbud.
