Description
Predmetom zákazky je liek s účinnou látkou Dinutuximab v koncentrácii 4,5 mg/1ml; koncentrát na infúzny roztok, doplnok: con inf 4,5 ml/20 mg (liek. inj. skl). Liek je indikovaný na liečbu vysokorizikového neuroblastómu u pacientov vo veku od 12 mesiacov, ktorým bola predtým podaná úvodná chemoterapia a dosiahli aspoň čiastočnú odpoveď, po ktorej nasledovala myeloablatívna liečba a transplantácia kmeňových buniek, ako aj u pacientov s históriou relabovaného alebo refraktérneho neuroblastómu s reziduálnou chorobou alebo bez nej. Liečba pomocou tohto lieku sa skladá z 5 cyklov idúcich za sebou, pričom každý cyklus trvá 35 dní. Individuálna dávka sa určuje podľa telesnej plochy a celkovo má dosahovať 100 mg/m2 na cyklus. Predpokladaná potreba uvedeného lieku na 24 mesiacov je 100 ampuliek.
