Predmet nabave izvorno je bio podijeljen u 7 (sedam) grupa; ovaj postupak provodi se, nakon poništenja prethodnog postupka u odgovarajućim grupama, za grupe 1, 2, 5 i 6. Radi usporedivosti s prethodnim postupkom zadržane su izvorne oznake (numeracija) grupa.
