Inom grundskolan, anpassad grundskola, gymnasiet och vuxenutbildningen används Google Workspace som lärmiljö. Därför krävs digitala verktyg som är kompatibla för en effektiv och likvärdig undervisning. Avtalet omfattar tre produktkategorier: Chromebook, MacOS och iPadOS. Upphandlingen ska erbjuda en helhetslösning med enheter, support, managering, utbildning och leverans till skolor, för att säkerställa en smidig implementering och effektivt lärande med digitala verktyg.
