Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose SKR:s behov av en digital tjänst för distribution av möteshandlingar som bidrar till att: · Säkerställa att förtroendevalda och andra relevanta användare, exempelvis tjänstepersoner, har kontinuerlig tillgång till aktuella möteshandlingar via en säker digital plattform, oavsett tid och plats. · Tillhandahålla och underhålla ett förtroendemannaregister som innehåller aktuella uppgifter om instanser, förtroendevalda och deras roller. · Möjliggöra digital signering av handlingar, såsom protokoll eller beslutsdokument, i enlighet med gällande lagkrav och med koppling till uppgifter i förtroendemannaregistret.
