Upphandlingen omfattar ett system för digital röntgen, inkl. sensorer, inom tandvården som tjänst för regionerna i Lt9-gruppen vilken omfattar: Region Uppsala, Region Kalmar, Region Jönköpings län, Region Gävleborg, Region Västmanland, Region Jämtland-Härjedalen, Region Västernorrland, Region Dalarna och Region Västerbotten (hädanefter refererat som Lt9). Region Uppsala företräder övriga parter i upphandlingen. Avtal kommer tecknas med en leverantör. Respektive region tecknar egna avtal.
