Description
Procurement of up to 200 user accesses (codes) for a digital guided self-help tool mental health and dependency. The target group is persons with light to moderate mental disorders, who receive tenders from municipal health services. The tools shall be relevant for inhabitant with light to moderate symptoms of: •Anxiety •Depression • Difficulty sleeping •Stress Success criteria will be tools that contribute to: • Reduction in symptoms for inhabitant • Increased functional level for inhabitant • Increased quality of life for inhabitant • Increased capacity of therapists • Good user satisfaction of inhabitants and therapists Inhabitants shall use the tool with guidance from primarily two treatment groups: • Health/social education at bachelor level and with further education in cognitive therapy. •Psychologists The form of treatment shall be aimed at inhabitants over the age of 18 with anxiety, mild to moderate depression, difficulty sleeping and/or beginning drug and alcohol problems that are in active treatment in the departments.
