Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών καθαριότητας των κτιρίων, εγκαταστάσεων και εξωτερικών χώρων του ΑΠΘ. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στον ακόλουθο κωδικό του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV): 90910000 Υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 7.417.772,48€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% 9.198.037,88€). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε δύο (2) έτη, από 5-12-2026 ή από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης.
