Description
Ganzjährige Naherholungsangebote sollen für eine bessere Wohn- und Lebensqualität der Grazer Bevölkerung rund um den Plabutsch sorgen. Im Juni 2022 wurde die Neugestaltung des „Thalersees“ abgeschlossen sein und der neue Gastgewerbebetrieb, mit acht Gästezimmern mit Seeblick und Veranstaltungslocation samt Betrieb des Boots- und Schlittschuhverleihs eröffnet. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist daher der Abschluss eines Bestandvertrages über den Gastgewerbebetrieb einschließlich Boots- und Schlittschuhverleih (sowie Bewirtschaftung des Parkplatzes) am Thalersee.Der Auftraggeber sucht nach einem kompetenten und ambitionierten Unternehmer, der mit Blick auf die Stichworte „sanft“, „behutsam“ und „nachhaltig“ die Vorstellungen des Auftraggebers umsetzt.Weitere Informationen finden Sie in der Ausschreibungsunterlage.
