Les Prestations se décomposent en : - une part ferme : - poste 10 : phase d’initialisation, - poste 30 : maintenance corrective pour une durée de 24 mois, - poste 40 : maintenance évolutive pour une durée de 24 mois (dans la limite de 280 jours / hommes), - poste 50 : réversibilité continue et gestion de configuration pour une durée de 24 mois, - une part optionnelle : - poste 20 (option 1) : intégration de nouveaux calculs de statistiques en BDD ArgosStats, - poste 60 (option 2) : réversibilité ponctuelle.
