- une part ferme au Bordereau de Prix Unitaire (BPU) : •Poste 2 : Année 1 - Prestation de logistique et d’expertise dans le domaine de la Gestion de projets informatiques (GDPI) et réalisation les missions de 1 à 4 suivantes : - Mission 1 : Logistique et suivi général des Programmes ; • 1.1 : Organisation et suivi des Programmes • 1.2 : Sauvegarde des connaissances des Projets (logiciels/outils) - Mission 2 : Logistique et suivi technique des Projets (logiciels/outils) ; • 2.1 : Organisation et suivi technique de chaque Projet • 2.2 : Contribution à une demande de prestation informatique - Mission 3 : Expertises et audits pour la synthèse et l’orientation des projets ; • 3.1 : Documents de synthèse des réalisations • 3.2 : Documents d’orientation des développements futurs • 3.3 : Réalisation d’audits - Mission 4 : Pilotage et suivi de la prestation. • 4.1 : Suivi mensuel de la prestation. - une part optionnelle : •Poste 1 (option n°1) : Phase d’initialisation ; •Poste 6 (option n°5) : Phase de réversibilité. - une part optionnelle au Bordereau de Prix Unitaire (BPU) : •Poste 3 (option n°2) : Prolongation des prestations du poste 2 ; •Poste 4 (option n°3) : Prolongation des prestat…
