Description
Vakin ska ersätta nuvarande diarie- och ärendehanteringssystem med en ny lösning. Eftersom Vakin omfattas av offentlighets- och sekretesslagens krav på registrering av allmänna handlingar (diarieföring) måste det nya systemstödet rymma en grundläggande diarieföringsfunktionalitet. Det nya systemstödet måste även kunna hantera flera olika diariedatabaser (eller instanser) eftersom Vakin utgör en koncern med flera juridiska personer.
