Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg municipalities invite tenderers to a dialogue conference to explore new initiatives to increase the work inclusion with input and ideas from different perspectives than those that tend to form the basis for procurements of labour market measures. The municipalities have a high proportion of non-Western immigrants and refugees among the population. NAV Fredrikstad and NAV Sarpsborg perceive that the existing measures are not sufficient for success well enough with work inclusion for this group. The offices are therefore working together on an innovative procurement with the aim of finding new initiatives that can contribute to the work including of non-Western immigrants with low education and language level.
