Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je uvedený v prílohe č. 4 SP – Opis predmetu zákazky. Ponúkaný tovary musí spĺňať všetky položky z prílohy č. 4 - Opis predmetu zákazky, teda na všetky položky v uvedenej tabuľke musí byť zo strany uchádzača uvedená odpoveď „áno“, prípadne ponúkaná hodnota predmetu zákazky musí byť v súlade s požadovanou hodnotou predmetu zákazky zo strany verejného obstarávateľa. Pre vylúčenie pochybností - v prípade výkonnostných parametrov (kde je uvedená požadovaná konkrétna hodnota) uchádzač uvedie konkrétne hodnoty ním ponúkaného predmetu plnenia, z ktorých musí byť jednoznačne zrejmé, ako spĺňajú všetky požiadavky na podrobnú požadovanú špecifikáciu predmetu plnenia uvedenú v stĺpci "D" tabuľky špecifikácie (Požadovaná hodnota). V prípade funkčných parametrov uchádzač vyberie jednu z možností - "áno" v prípade, že danú funkčnú požiadavku ním ponúkaný predmet plnenia spĺňa alebo "nie" - v prípade, že funkčnú požiadavku ponúkaný predmet plnenia nespĺňa. Ponuka spĺňa všetky požiadavky na predmet zákazky v prípade, že uvedená hodnota výkonnostného parametra je v požadovanom výške/rozmedzí a v prípade funkčného parametra je uvedené „áno“.
