Description

Αντικείμενο του Διαγωνισμού είναι η σύναψη ασφαλιστηρίων συμβολαίων Γενικής Ευθύνης του ΕΟΑ Λεμεσού. Η διάρκεια εκτέλεσης του αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης είναι (α)Έξι (6) μήνες από την ημερομηνία της υλοποίησης του Αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης δηλαδή από τα μεσάνυκτα της 30ης Ιουνίου 2024 μέχρι τα μεσάνυκτα της 31ης Δεκεμβρίου 2024. (β) Ανανέωση των ασφαλιστικών συμβάσεων από την Αναθέτουσα Αρχή για περίοδο ακόμη 12 μηνών, δηλαδή από τα μεσάνυκτα της 31ης Δεκεμβρίου 2024 μέχρι τα μεσάνυκτα της 31ης Δεκεμβρίου 2025 με τους ίδιους όρους ασφάλισης και συντελεστές ασφαλίστρων. (γ) Ανανέωση των ασφαλιστικών συμβάσεων από την Αναθέτουσα Αρχή για περίοδο ακόμη 12 μηνών, δηλαδή από τα μεσάνυκτα της 31ης Δεκεμβρίου 2025 μέχρι τα μεσάνυκτα της 31ης Δεκεμβρίου 2026 με τους ίδιους όρους ασφάλισης και συντελεστές ασφαλίστρων και (δ) Αμοιβαία συμφωνία ανανέωσης μεταξύ της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής και του Ανάδοχου των ασφαλιστικών συμβάσεων για πρόσθετη περίοδο 12 μηνών.
