Furnizare DEZINFECTANTI 9 loturi, conform caietului de sarcini: LOT 1-Dezinfectant pentru dezinfectia igienica a mainilor prin frecare; LOT 2-Dezinfectant pentru dezinfectia chirurgicala a mainilor prin frecare; LOT 3-Dezinfectant pentru dezinfectia chirurgicala a mainilor prin spalare; LOT 4-Detergent dezinfectant de nivel inalt pentru suprafete – fara aldehide; LOT 5 - Servetele umede dezinfectante de nivel inalt gata de utilizare- pentru transductoare, monitoare, aparatura medicala electronica, dispozitive medicale neinvazive, etc) LOT 6-Dezinfectant spray pentru suprafete mici si aparatura medicala – fara aldehide (lichid gata de utilizare); LOT 7-Dezinfectant de nivel inalt si detergent (curatare) pentru instrumentar si dispozitive medicale; LOT 8 - Dezinfectant de nivel inalt pentru dezinfectia aeromicroflorei-fara aldehida compatibil cu nebulizatorul NOCOSPRAY (sau echivalent); LOT 9-Dezinfectant clorigen,de tip biocid 2,pentru suprafete,instrumentar,lenjerie,grupuri sanitare si,de tip biocid 4,pentru bloc alimentar.
