Description
The procurement will be carried out jointly between the Directorate of Education and Training (Udir), the Norwegian Directorate of Health (Hdir), the Directorate of Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir). The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 29-1 (Procurements that are carried out jointly). The three directorates are jointly responsible for compliance with the procurement regulations. A agency cooperation has been established for vulnerable children and youths, who shall contribute to coordinating the state's efforts towards municipalities and government services. This shall provide better coordinated service offers for all children, youths and their families.
