Description

The Government Property Agency (FSRE) and the Ministry of Finance and Economy are seeking applications from potential landlords to participate in a restricted tender for the comprehensive planning, construction, and leasing of a healthcare center in Innri Njarðvík, as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project. We are looking for participants capable of designing and constructing a one-story healthcare center and leasing it to FSRE for 25 years. It is estimated that the facility will need 1,640 m2 (BR).
