Description
The Dundrum Project housing development (the “Dundrum Project”) is a key strategic development located on the former Central Mental Hospital, Dublin 14, and forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to develop affordableSale, cost rental and social housing and apartments. A design and build construction contract will be entered into between the successful tenderer and the Contracting Authority for the delivery of Phase 1.
