Upphandlingen omfattar golvmonterade samt mobila dentala behandlingsenheter med komplett utrustning, såsom behandlingsstol, operationsbelysning och fotkontroll, för allmän tandvård och sjukhus- och kirurgitandvård gällande barn och vuxna. Upphandlingen omfattar även leverans, installations- och monteringsarbete, demontering och bortforsling av befintlig utrustning, service och underhåll, akut avhjälpande, utbildning samt att tillhandahålla tillbehör och reservdelar till de dentala behandlingsenheterna.
