Description

Le contrat a pour objet de confier au délégataire la création d'un crématorium sur le territoire de la Commune de Vendôme, et l'exploitation du service public s'y rattachant. La concession prendra effet à compter de sa notification, pour une durée de 27 ans. La présente concession est organisée selon une procédure ouverte. La présente délégation est un contrat de concession tel que défini à l'article L1121-1 du CCP (procédure de droit commun) et passé dans les conditions des articles L1411.1 et suivants du CGCT
