Description
The site currently has 11nr partially completed housing units in three blocks, 6 nr two storey terraced houses, 4 nr semidetached houses and 1 nr single storey bungalow. The works will comprise of completing the construction of the 11nr housing units, together with all associated site development works, including retaining walls, where required connection to existing site services and completions to all site curtilages.
