Description
Upphandling Datacenterutrustning. Ramavtalet består av tre anbudsområden. Datacenterutrustning Servrar och lagring Nätverk och säkerhet Europaparlamentets och rådets förordning (EU) 2022/2560 av den 14 december 2022 om utländska subventioner som snedvrider den inre marknaden Anbudsgivare har en skyldighet att anmäla ekonomiska bidrag till kommissionen i upphandlingar med värden som uppskattats till minst 250 miljoner euro exklusive mervärdesskatt. Om upphandlingen är uppdelad i separata delar, vars sammanlagda värde uppgår till minst 250 miljoner euro, är tröskelvärdet för anmälningsskyldigheten 125 miljoner euro per anbudsområde. Anbudsgivare är i sådana upphandlingar skyldiga att anmäla till den upphandlande myndigheten om den mottagit ekonomiska bidrag till ett värde som uppgår till minst 4 miljoner euro per land utanför EU. Om inget ekonomiskt bidrag har mottagits ska anbudsgivaren i stället ge in en försäkran till den upphandlande myndigheten om att den inte har mottagit sådana ekonomiska bidrag från länder utanför EU.
