Description
Bærum municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for the procurement of dairy products in Bærum municipality. The contracting authority is obliged to make its procurements with the tenderer with which a framework agreement has been signed, and the chosen tenderer is obliged, according to the contract, to be ordered by the contracting authority.
