Description
Höglandsförbundet genomför upphandling av ett dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem vilket ska användas i den egna verksamheten och i kommunerna Aneby, Eksjö, Nässjö, Sävsjö och Vetlanda samt Höglandets Räddningstjänstförbund. Vissa av de respektive kommunernas bolag, förbund samt organisationer förväntas också använda systemet. Kommunalt kopplade organisationer kan komma att läggas till eller dras ifrån baserat på politiska beslut under avtalsperioden. Tranås kommun deltar i upphandlingen, men kommer att ingå ett separat avtal med den tilldelade leverantören. Där avtalet inte stadgar annorlunda gäller samma villkor för Tranås kommun samt de parter som tas upp i anslutning till deras separata avtal (dvs. kommunala bolag osv.). Detta avtal samt innehåll i annons är ett utkast och kan komma att ändras i kommande annonsering.
