Upphandlingen omfattar även inköp av förbrukningsmaterial till fordon som tex torkarblad, lampor, spolarvätska mm.     B efterfrågar hög kvalitet avseende bland annat serviceorganisation, reservdelsförsörjning, garantier, leveransservice, snabb hantering samt miljöhänsyn i denna upphandling.   Närmare specifikation av upphandlingens omfattning framgår av upphandlingsdokumenten inklusive bilagor.   Leverantören ska ha lokal kännedom och tillgång till resurser som möjliggör snabb och effektiv hantering av beställda arbeten.
