Description
The Contracting Entity intends to procure a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of metering works in the Republic of Ireland. It is proposed that works to be procured under the framework will include, but may be not limited to the following; 1)the provision of an end-to-end meter exchange service to ESB, to include but not limited to deployment planning and mobilisation, customer engagement, customer contact and appointment scheduling, stakeholder management and material logistics management through to meter exchange and commissioning of same; 2) the provision of meter reading services to include, but not limited to obtaining actual reads from a meter site, customer engagement and stakeholder management; 3) the provision of an end-to-end service for meter site inspections which may include, but is not limited to a comprehensive physical inspection for an installed smart meter; 4) the provision of meter sampling services, which may include, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of smart meters (including bagging and tagging and ship to a required testing facility); 5) the provision of reactive maintenance services which may include, but is not limited to, s…
