Zadavatel připravuje investiční akci (také Projekt) „D1 – Nový laboratorní objekt“ – objekt s laboratorními provozy v areálu zadavatele (Fakultní nemocnice u sv. Anny v Brně). K tomu účelu nechal zadavatel zpracovat STUDII, která je součástí zadávací dokumentace. Zadavatel požaduje, aby všechny stupně projektové dokumentace byly zpracovány metodou BIM dle pravidel definovaných v závazných požadavcích a pokynech na způsob vedení projekčních prací metodou BIM, které jsou součástí zadávací dokumentace.
