Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa w formie 36-miesięcznego najmu czternastu samochodów osobowych wraz z usługą serwisową, ubezpieczeniem i innymi usługami. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na części, które na potrzeby prowadzonego postępowania i udzielanego zamówienia zwane są w dalszej treści SWZ „Zadaniami”. Podstawą podziału przedmiotu zamówienia na Zadania jest typ samochodu. W oparciu o te podstawy, przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na następujące dwa Zadania: 1) Zadanie nr 1 – najem 13 samochodów osobowych segmentu C; 2) Zadanie nr 2 – najem samochodu typu kombivan.
