Description
Het Klantcontact Centrum (KCC) van het CIBG wil het huidige Customer Service Platform (CSP) vervangen door een nieuwe, betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte oplossing die ook casemanagement ondersteunt en werkt op basis van klantbeelden. Het huidige platform voldoet niet meer aan de eisen van de organisatie, zowel qua technologie als functionaliteit. Het is niet flexibel genoeg en niet schaalbaar genoeg om de groei van het KCC en de verdere verbetering van de dienstverlening te ondersteunen. De geraamde waarde is gebaseerd op de looptijd inclusief verlengingen. Zie voor een gedetailleerde toelichting paragraaf 2.3 van het beschrijvend document.
